Objective:

Brand development for a commercial and residential property leasing company.

Solution:

Developing the first professionally developed brand for 30-year-old company was an exciting challenge. Delivering a fresh and contemporary brand was our goal, and it was achieved by creating a pictorial mark that represented a group of houses on a block made up of the initials “L” and “P.” A two-sided business card, along with a unique envelope, added a sense of corporate value to the overall brand.
